Having worked closely alongside Nick for 13 years as his trusted right hand women, Clare has now taken the reigns and runs the business on a day to day basis. Living in Topsham near Exeter with her family and having always lived in the West Country, from Dartmoor to the South Devon Coast Clare has amassed a wealth of experience and connections in the local and regional property markets.
An excellent eye for the right kind of residences together as Nick says a good nose for an opportunity and never afraid to make suggestions to clients to consider properties not initially thought to be of interest.
A keen horsewoman, a love of the countryside and the great outdoors with undoubtedly some of the best coastline and countryside in the UK have all contributed to her knowledge of the area..
Clare Brabin
Born in Somerset Nick, is a West Countryman through and through and lives in Devon with his wife Jo. Enjoying many sports including his beloved rugby where he represented his country, his life style enjoys all the benefits of country life and his knowledge and enthusiasm for the region infectious. Sea fishing and boating are in his blood and he in his spare time can often be found off the North Cornish coast or walking his two working Cocker Spaniels. He studied Estate Management in Southampton and practiced in Gloucestershire with a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors before heading west.
A Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Nick is also honoured to be a member of the RICS Regulatory Tribunal as one of only six professional members worldwide and has also been appointed to sit as a chair. RICS delivers confidence through respected global standards, adopted and enforced by over 134,000 qualified and trainee professionals across the built and natural environment across the world.
Nick founded his company in 2004 and continues as a consultant alongside Clare Brabin
